The Records Centre is the custodian of the biological records submitted to us and we have a responsibility to protect the privacy and copyright of our data suppliers. Additionally, we recognise the need to treat personal data in an appropriate and lawful manner, in accordance with the Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law 2017.
